With three decades in the metals and mining industry, serving as a senior executive and director for a family office with extensive expertise spanning over a century in the metal industry, he has honed his skills in financing, metal management, and commodities. Yehuda's primary focus has been on expanding the family assets, leveraging his deep understanding of the sector to drive growth and profitability. As Chairman of the family office, Yehuda oversees funding activities across trades, metals, mining, and multifamily properties, demonstrating his versatility and strategic vision in managing diverse portfolios. Alvin’s legal practice focuses on high-profile, complex litigation, arbitration, and international dispute resolution in the areas of securities and shareholder class actions, products liability, environmental claims, regulatory proceedings, and a host of sophisticated contractual disputes. He litigates regularly at the trial and appellate levels on behalf of major national and international companies including utilities, manufacturers, insurers, law firms, airlines and non-US governments and agencies. Alvin also is frequently engaged as a private arbitrator or mediator in a wide range of commercial disputes.

Steve Fellows
Consultant - PHD Geologist
Steve Fellows is a porphyry deposit expert with more than 12 years of experience, including the recent discovery of a gold porphyry deposit in North America. Steve has planned and managed extensive exploration and drill programs, overseeing multiple contractors, and managing large geologic teams of up to 12 members at once. Steve is a published scientist with papers published in leading peer-reviewed journals and presented at international professional conferences. Steve is certified and trained in mineral resource estimation and project valuation. Steve has been an expert contributor with top geologic engineering firms including, SRK, Snowden, AMC, and GRE. Prior to Prolific Mining, Steve was a tenure track professor, teaching courses in economic geology, mineralogy, and igneous petrology in both the USA and Canada. Steve is an active member of the Society of Mining Engineers, Society of Economic Geologists, American Mineralogical Society, and PDAC.
Mike McCandless

Michael McCandless is a seasoned environmental and governmental consultant with over 30 years of experience in permitting, government relations, business development, and extractive industries. Since 1993, he has worked extensively in the mining and extraction sectors, specializing in regulatory compliance. Mike operates as an independent consultant, assisting mining companies with regulatory compliance, consultant relations, and contract extraction. With active development projects in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, and Texas.
Peter Gould

Peter is a managing partner of the Squire Patton & Boggs Denver office. Peter works closely with federal and state regulatory agencies, Congress, the private sector and nongovernmental organizations to counsel clients on matters involving administrative law, crisis management, government investigations, litigation and dispute resolution, and public policy, including working with Congress to address agency actions.
